This panel is a platform for young adults aged 16 to 30 to influence programs and services that benefit your peers. By sharing your perspectives, you’ll help us tailor our initiatives to better suit the needs and aspirations of young adults in our community.
As a panelist, you’ll participate in quarterly Zoom meetings, contributing ideas and feedback that will directly shape our future activities. This is an excellent opportunity for community service and personal growth. This is a volunteer position.

About the MCSCS Youth Advisory Panel:
This panel consists of proactive young adults aged 16 to 30, offering a direct perspective on the challenges and aspirations of their demographic. Their input is critical in tailoring MCSCS’s programs to be more effective and relevant for young individuals, particularly in areas of job readiness, career exploration, and entrepreneurial skills. Their contributions help in creating engaging and impactful youth-centric services.

Mission Community Skills Centre Society (MCSCS) is a non-profit organization in Mission, British Columbia, focused on enhancing employability and fostering entrepreneurship. We offer a variety of programs targeting youth, newcomers, Ag-Food Businesses, and other community members, emphasizing skill development, job readiness, and career exploration. As a society, we’re dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities and supporting the local workforce through innovative and community-oriented approaches. Our initiatives cater to diverse needs, including those in the agri-food and other key industries.
